Our Transition Specialists have been providing senior citizen services to their own parents, family members, and hundreds of seniors and families just like yours for more than 30 years. We work hand-in-hand with seniors and their families, senior living communities, placement companies, medical professionals, attorneys and everyone involved to coordinate and facilitate a smooth real estate transition with the option that works best for each situation.

Matt Smith
Matt has been helping Colorado seniors and their families successfully transition into the senior living lifestyle since 1991. Matt is a dedicated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and provides seniors and their families with non-qualifying private money bridge loans and fix-up loan options. Matt is a Lien Abatement Specialist, 1031 Exchange and Distressed Property Expert, and a compassionate, experienced, Certified Probate Expert (CPE).
He has professionally helped over 1100 clients successfully evaluate, finance, buy and sell their family’s assets, land, apartments, commercial and residential real estate. Matt’s companies have completed hundreds of residential and multi-unit renovations, fix and flip projects and custom homes in multiple states.
Matt was born and raised on a farm in northwest Iowa. He moved to Colorado in 1983 to raise his family and enjoy the Colorado lifestyle. He is a proud father, grandfather, and family man. He enjoys community activities, time with friends, music, horses, fly-fishing, skiing and snowboarding, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast and sports fan.
Carrie Mumma
Carrie has been a mortgage, banking, compliance, servicing and FinTech professional since 1999. Her mission is to create compliant, mutually beneficial solutions for Seniors complex mortgage and real estate challenges. She is passionate about affordable housing solutions and working with Minority Depository Institutions and Community Development Financial Institutions.
She was featured in the Denver Business Journal and Bank Automation News as a subject matter expert for mortgage and FinTech solutions.
Carrie has two children and enjoys her time as a mom. She has three loved dogs and two horses. Carrie is actively involved in the community and volunteers with foster youth. She has a passion for helping solve issues and uses her knowledge of mortgage and finance to create creative solutions.
Bryan Deshasier
Bryan has more than 30 years of experience across residential mortgage originations and operations, banking, and Fintech. He is an intuitive, seasoned, hands-on, and well-regarded C-Suite executive with vast experience creating and leading world-class strategies and operations in diverse and ever-changing environments. He demonstrates a proven track record of success in scaling operations, driving large-scale projects, and propelling operational excellence positioning the organization as an industry leader in a highly competitive landscape.
